Dear Sir,
In the article on "A Case of Homonymous Hemianopia after Injection of Anti Tetanic Serum" by Dr. S. N. Gantayet, Vol. 2 No. 2, July 1954, p. 48 it is stated that no similar case has been reported in the literature.
May I draw the attention of the author to abstract No. 187, Ophthalmic Literature Vol. 7 No. 1 in, which a case of bilateral retrobulbar neuritis probably due to allergy following injections of anti-tetanus serum has been reported by G. W. Freytag in Allergie ( 1953) 2, 6-8. The patient died later of the anaphylactic shock.
