The incidence was 4.5 per year which seemed more than the generally believed incidence in India. Eighteen cases were treated by non-operative methods, whereas 16 cases were treated by surgery. Three cases deferred treatment. The average follow up was 3.3 years. Poorer results were invariably due to delay in treatment, hence better efforts at an early diagnosis are to be instituted. ER -
