In this case, a postoperative reduction of cupping and a subsequent increase in neuroretinal rim area is associated with a paradoxical thinning of the RNFL. This is the first-known characterization of cupping reversal using SD-OCT.}, URL ={https://journals.lww.com/ijo/pages/default.aspx/article.asp?issn=0301-4738;year=2016;volume=64;issue=9;spage=690;epage=692;aulast=Chang;t=6}, eprint ={https://journals.lww.com/ijo/pages/default.aspx/article.asp?issn=0301-4738;year=2016;volume=64;issue=9;spage=690;epage=692;aulast=Chang;t=6} }
