Large submacular abscess with posterior hypopyon warranted urgent vitrectomy which revealed Aspergillus terreus on fungal culture. Intravitreal and oral antifungals lead to resolution of inflammation with satisfactory anatomic outcome but poor visual outcome due to submacular scar. ER -
