This magnificent book is a collection or contributions byi0 different authors from India, Pakistan, West Germany and Japan. It covers aetiology, pathology, investigations etc. of ocular inflammations besides their medical management. There are 37 articles and 9 panel discussions covering almost all the aspects of common inflammatory conditions of the eye like Keratitis, Iritis etc. and related structures. It also covers conditions like Spring Catarh, Dry Eyes, Eales Diseases and even cavernous sinus thrombosis is discussed at length. The book is well illustrated with diagrams, micro-photographs and tables. The Panel Discussions give exposure to different views by eminent eye surgeons. There is a good subject index for quick reference. It is a useful book for practicing ophthalmologists and for future generation of Ophthalmologists.
