A 31-year-old male was referred for a choroidal mass in his left eye. Fundus examination revealed an orange-red elevated choroidal lesion around the optic disc with area of atrophy over macula. This was suggestive of calcified choroidal osteoma with decalcification at centre [Figure 1]a. Ocular Coherence Tomography (OCT) showed Hypo-reflective cavernous spaces suggestive of spongy bone in calcified region, whereas, reflective pattern was seen from the posterior scleral tissue in decalcified region [Figure 1]b. Choroidal osteoma is a benign ossifying tumour of choroid.[1] It is usually located in the juxtapapillary or peripapillary area.[2],[3] Our case demonstrates a rare case of doughnut-shaped circumpapillary choroidal osteoma.{Figure 1}
