Individual cells are spindly with ill-defined cell membrane, abundant eosinophilic fibrillary cytoplasm, bland, elongated, oval, spindly to round nuclei with uniform nuclear morphology (b: 40×). Tumor is richly vascular with thin-walled slit-like to branching vessels imparting a staghorn appearance (c: 6×, black arrow marked).
