I was indeed surprised to see the name of the co-authors A.K. Mondal, H.K. Tewari and Roopa Arora. I talked to Dr. Rajvardhan Azad who is the principle author of this article. He informed me that he has written to your requesting you to rectify this mistake in his letter dated, 18th July, 1990.
