Dear Dr. Tony Fernandes,
Kindly refer to my, article published in the 4th issue of 1990 Indian Journal of Ophthalmology. The article entitled "Transsynaptic Neuronal Degeneration of Optic Nerves Associated with Bilateral Occipital Lesions' has missed out four names among the authors. The first author of the article was Dr. Majaz Moonis. The names of three other co-authors missing are Dr. Satish Jain, Dr. Ashok Verma and Prof. M.C. Maheshwari. All these authors are from the Department of Neurology in AIIMS. This error has caused me an acute embarrassment. It is requested that a corrigendum may kindly be issued in the next issue of your journal and the error be rectified in the reprints that have to be sent to me. I am sorry for any inconvenience that may be caused to you because of this error.
