Dear Editor,
I read with interest, the article by Bhola et al .[1] and I congratulate the authors for bringing out such a rare ocular disease. I have a genuine doubt about the intraocular pressure (IOP) recorded and reported in this patient. The cornea was hazy and thick, which precluded even fundus examination. This might have high IOP, maybe beyond 30 mms of Hg. I would be thankful if the authors enlighten me about the techniques used for IOP and the corneal diameter measurement.
