Full Text

A 35 years old female patient developed a huge pedunculated black mass (2,75 cms. x 2.75 cms. in diameter) from pre-existing naevus in the upper part of bulbar conjunctiva.

The mass successfully removed surgically without mutilating the neighbouring structures and proved to be malignant melanoma histologically. There was no sign of systemic metastasis, Nearly five years follow up does not show any sign of recurrence.
