A 65-year-old gentleman presented to the hospital for regular check-up. On examination his best corrected visual acuity was 6/6 in both eyes (BE). Anterior segment examination was normal in BE. Intraocular pressure was 14 mmHg in BE. Gonioscopy showed open angles in BE with a blood vessel in the nasal quadrant of right eye crossing the scleral spur and ending in the trabecular meshwork without arborizing [Figure 1]. Posterior segment examination was normal. Blood vessel in the anterior chamber angle was reported in 26% of normal eyes, which were classified as circular ciliary vessel, radial iris root vessel, and radial ciliary vessel.[1],[2]{Figure 1}
