A 66-year-old male presented with the gradual diminution of vision in the right eye (OD). The previous treatment record revealed lamellar flap wash with bandage contact lens placement in the OD 1 year back. On examination, the best-corrected visual acuity in OD was 20/200. Cornea revealed concentric wavy distortions underneath a hydrogel soft contact lens [Figure 1]a. The patient was not aware of the contact lens. After the lens removal, cornea resumed normal shape within 3 weeks [Figure 1]b. This is a rare case of gross corneal surface warpage.[1] The change in corneal contour may be the result of either mechanical deformation, chronic metabolic insult, or a combination of these.[2]{Figure 1}
